Garry Stevens wins Attorney General's Office honor
April 6, 2006 Garry Stevens, who works in the St. Louis regional office, has been named employee of the quarter for the Attorney General's Office for the first three months of 2006.
Stevens, who joined the office in 2001, has been a key part in setting up efficient procedures for mail deliveries, court filings and mailings to the 2.2 million households on Missouri's No Call list. Attorney General Jay Nixon said those procedures have worked so well that they still are used to this day. Respected by his co-workers because of his strong work ethic, Stevens often is called on to assist with special projects in the Attorney General's Office, in addition to the daily functions that he completes.
