Coale recognized as Employee of the Quarter for Attorney General's Office
November 13, 2006 Ruth Coale, who staffs the Information Systems help desk, was named employee of the quarter in October for the Attorney General's Office by Attorney General Nixon. She started with the AGO in February 1998.
At the help desk, Coale takes phone calls and e-mails for computer problems. Often, she is able to solve the problem over the phone without having to pass the call on to a support specialist, making the IS staff more efficient and saving time, money and resources that can be used on major computer problems. She also trains new employees on GroupWise and WordPerfect applications.
Attorney General Nixon said, “Ruth has done a great job, especially with office and personnel moves that require a lot of planning. Her work ethic allows our users to have little to no down time.”
