Nixon sues developers of Lake of the Ozarks condos over accessibility
September 19, 2007 Attorney General Nixon has sued the developers, architects and builders of eight condominium complexes at the Lake of the Ozarks because the facilities were designed and constructed without providing accessibility to the disabled. Pictured is the access to the model condo at the Miramar Condominiums, one of the complexes that is the subject of the Attorney General's lawsuits. Nixon is asking courts in Camden and Morgan counties to order the developers to redesign and retrofit the complexes so they comply with the Missouri Human Rights Act.
