The Missouri Attorney General’s Office is seeking an attorney to serve as an Assistant Attorney General in its Jefferson City Governmental Affairs Section. This position will be focused on significant ongoing multistate arbitration. Duties include litigation strategy, overseeing e-discovery, written and oral advocacy, and appeals. Eligible candidates should have at least 5 years of litigation experience, preferably in complex civil litigation, have graduated in the top third of their law school class, have excellent oral and written communication skills, have a strong commitment to public service, and be licensed to practice law in Missouri.
